How Pre-Orders Work
We make it easy to enjoy your favorite flavors! Here’s everything you need to know before placing your order:
✨ Order Ahead – Place your order at least 24 hours before we arrive. Each neighborhood stop will be announced in advance, and ordering will close the day before so we have time to prepare your treats.
🍨 Choose Your Flavors – Pick from our rotating monthly menu featuring 9 delicious flavors you already know and love.
☀️ Rain or Shine (Almost!) – If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll still show up for the first hour to make sure pre-orders are fulfilled. That’s why we ask for your email and phone number at checkout—so we can keep you updated if plans change.
📲 Easy Updates – As soon as your order comes in, we’ll get a notification to make sure everything’s ready for you.
🥶 2-Pint Minimum – Stock up! Each order requires a minimum of 2 pints (because one is never enough).
